Refund policy

It is our hope that you love your PERFECT TEE'S Apparel purchase, However all apparel is custom/hand made for each order so we are unable to offer a REFUND. We offer EXCHANGES ONLY on damage or defective items only..

To be eligible for a EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a EXCHANGE, you can contact us at perfecttees18@yahoo.com. If your EXCHANGE is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 7 days post delivery Perfect Tee's is not required to replace or credit for any damaged or missing merchandise in your shipment.

Please ensure address information is input correctly, Perfect Tee's will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies, or mis-delivered packages. We will not replace or refund your order.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be RETURN OR EXCHANGE , like custom products(such as special orders or personalized items), ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON DTF TRANSFERS. All images are printed as they are submitted, no alterations are made therefore it is very important you quality check your image prior to submission. Our shop has the RIGHT TO DECLINE your order if it does not meet the 300dpi resolution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
